Once
your reservation request has been confirmed by our office, please
print and complete this form, then return it to us with your
payment.
This policy is subject to change without
notice.
Reservations and
Deposits
Reservations will be held for 7 days after confirmation by phone, fax, or email. A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to confirm your booking. During Holiday season 100% of total balance is due. If payment is not received by this time your reservation may be canceled.
Final payment for accommodations is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Upon receipt of final payment a confirmation voucher will be sent to you. Please present this voucher when you check in.
Cancellation Terms - Please take out Trip Insurance.
Cancellations will go into effect as of the date that written notice is received at our Tulsa office.
Reservations canceled prior to 60 days to arrival date will result in forfeit of deposit (not including Holiday Seasons).
Reservations canceled less than 60 days and prior to 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeit of 75% of total rent (not including Holiday Seasons), with commission percentage paid to Agent.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival result in a complete forfeit of all rental money.
Cancellations
on all holiday reservations are non-refundable.
Please allow two
weeks for processing. Any funds that are returned to the Renter, in
the event of a cancellation, must be remitted to the Agent by the
Facility. The Agent will then take the responsibility of paying the
Renter.
Cancellation for Hurricane, Natural Disaster or other non controlable situations are non-refundable. Please take out Trip Insurance.
Security and Damage Deposit
Some
properties require a Security and Damage Deposit. This Security and
Damage Deposit will be promptly returned when your rental period is
up.
The amount is set by the property owner and will be disclosed
to you by email.
Payment
Payment
may be made by personal check, cashiers check or money order or wire
transfer in US funds. For bank wire transfers I will provide bank
information.
